Billing & plans
Every plan includes all features, you only choose how many servers you protect. Billing runs through Stripe, and you manage everything from the billing portal.

Free trial
New accounts start with a 3-day free trial, no card required. You get full access to the whole dashboard right away, so you can set up your servers and try everything before you pay. A banner shows how much trial time is left, and you can pick a plan whenever you're ready. When the trial ends you choose a plan to keep access, and everything you set up stays exactly where you left it. If a trial ends and you never pick a plan, we keep your account but remove the data collected during the trial after about 30 days (we email you first). You can still subscribe any time; only the old trial data is gone.
How activation works
You create an account for free and your trial starts once your email is verified. When the trial ends, or whenever you choose to subscribe, the dashboard shows a plan chooser; after checkout your dashboard unlocks and your servers can connect. The Billing button in the top bar (andChange plan in Settings) opens the Stripe customer portal for upgrades, downgrades, card changes, invoices and cancellation.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro-rata for the rest of the current period, so a mid-month upgrade costs only the difference. Downgrades apply at the start of your next period, so you keep your current limit until then. Your server limit follows your plan: if the new, smaller plan allows fewer servers than you have connected, the dashboard asks you to remove servers to fit the new limit before you continue. New servers beyond your limit can't connect until you upgrade or remove one.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, you keep full access until that date, and then it ends. Partial months aren't refunded. So if you buy a month and cancel the same day, you still have the whole month.
Failed payments
If an automatic renewal fails, you keep access during a short grace period while Stripe retries your card and we email you to update it. A banner appears in the dashboard with a link to fix your payment. Only if it still isn't resolved after the retries does access get suspended.
