Billing & plans
Every plan includes all features — you only choose how many servers you protect. Billing runs through Stripe, and you manage everything from the billing portal.

How activation works
You create an account for free. Once your email is verified, the dashboard shows a plan chooser; after checkout your dashboard unlocks and your servers can connect. The Billing button in the top bar (and Change plan in Settings) opens the Stripe customer portal for upgrades, downgrades, card changes, invoices and cancellation.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro-rata for the rest of the current period, so a mid-month upgrade costs only the difference. Downgrades apply per your portal settings; your server limit follows your plan, so make sure you're within the new limit.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — you keep full access until that date — and then it ends. Partial months aren't refunded. So if you buy a month and cancel the same day, you still have the whole month.
Failed payments
If an automatic renewal fails, you keep access during a short grace period while Stripe retries your card and we email you to update it. A banner appears in the dashboard with a link to fix your payment. Only if it still isn't resolved after the retries does access get suspended.
