Manage your profile and lock down your account from the Account page — reachable via the user icon next to Log out in the sidebar.
Email verification
New accounts must verify their email before they can sign in — the account stays locked until you click the link we send. This keeps fake sign-ups out. Any account left unverified for 24 hours is removed automatically.
Changing your name
Update the display name your team sees, right from the Account page.
Changing your email
Enter a new address and we send a confirmation link to that new address. The change only takes effect once you click it, which proves you own the new inbox. Until then, your current email keeps working.
Changing your password
Provide your current password and a new one (twice). New passwords must be at least 12 characters with a mix of upper- and lower-case letters, a number and a symbol. Changing your password signs out your other sessions for safety.
Two-factor authentication
Turn on 2FA and, after your password at each sign-in, we email you a 6-digit code to enter before you're let in. Enabling and disabling both require your password to confirm. It's a simple, effective extra layer with nothing to install.
